Messrs Sree Nair & Company is a dynamic law firm with the aim of providing legal service specializing in Industrial Court proceedings to both corporate and individual clients in Perak. Dr. V. Sreedaran Nair, the founding partner of the Firm, regularly represents both individual and corporate client. He is also the recipient of many academic awards and provides a wide range of services from advisory work to appearances at all levels of the Malaysian courts including Industrial Court of Malaysia.

Experience:
Dr. V. Sreedaran Nair graduated with a LL.B (Hons) from Wolverhampton University in 1996. He proceeded to do his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) and was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1997. His passion for law, ignited his desire to pursue his Masters of Law in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Bangi in the year 2004, he did his PhD In Law in Studies Universiti Utara Malaysia, Sintok Kedah.
Dr. V. Sreedaran Nair has handled highly contentious and complex Litigations & Arbitrations for numerous multi-nationals as well as domestic clients, mediated disputes and negotiated several settlements. He has an extensive experience & expertise in handling various types of Litigations – Corporate & Commercial, Arbitrations, transaction business, legal audits & due diligence exercises and drafting of commercial agreements.
He has also appeared in Industrial Court proceedings, having represented both employers and employees in unfair dismissal claims under the Industrial Relations Act 1967 including trade disputes, non-compliance and dismissal claims, claims for employment benefits under the Employment Act 1955 as well as matters under the Trade Unions Act 1959.
Dr. V. Sreedaran Nair has profound understanding of all his clients’ legal needs and with flexible, creative pragmatic problem-solving skills providing each clients with efficient legal advice to the highest professional standards and has led to innovative and successful strategies and problem-solving approaches for many otherwise unworkable situations.
Having a flair for languages, he has excellent command of the Bahasa Melayu including Terengganu & Kelantanese Dialects, English, Tamil, Malayalam, Hokkien, Hakka, Cantonese, Hainanese and Mandarin thus making him an eminent speaker and has presented many topics on Law in various International and local forums.
